PPA description
Wiki-to-Speech.py is a player for wiki-based scripts. Mac, Windows, Linux and Android (as of version 0.1d38) devices can play the scripts which can include links to other scripts and links to normal webpages, for which Wiki-to-Speech provides a voice over. Please see http://wikitospeech.org for details and the latest version.
