WSJT-X Development Meta Package

This PPA installs all the developer tooling for WSJT-X and Hamlib. If you are running WSJT-X as an application, you "do not" need this package.
NOTE
----
This meta-package will install a substantial number application library's, frameworks, and support files. Installation time will vary based on internet and system speeds. Plan accordingly.
INSTALLATION
------------
Add PPA .......: sudo add-apt-repository -y ppa:ki7mt/wsjtx-metadev
Update ........: sudo apt update
Install .......: sudo apt install wsjtx-metadev
