libtirpc (1.0.1-1~retrosnub6) xenial; urgency=medium

  * Move /etc/netconfig into a separate libtirpc-common package.  The old
    libtirpc1 package included /etc/netconfig; we want to be able to provide
    one but not to step on libtirpc1's.  So, libtirpc3 now depends on
    libtirpc-common | libtirpc1, so that we have either /etc/netconfig but
    not both.
