Gallium Nine Test PPA

WARNING: don't use this PPA - it is no longer updated since the github Gallium Nine project ( https://github.com/iXit/Mesa-3D ) is no longer active.
To use nine simply use the standard PPA: https://launchpad.net/~oibaf/+archive/ubuntu/graphics-drivers/

Gallium Nine is also included in main oibaf/graphics-drivers PPA which is more stable. Use this gallium-nine PPA only to test latest development commits.

NOTE:
1) do NOT use this PPA unless you want to use a gallium driver for testing gallium-nine (classic drivers are not included, see below)
2) you MUST also enable this main PPA when using Gallium Nine PPA:

Features (on top of the main PPA):
* mesa from Gallium Nine branch: https://github.com/iXit/Mesa-3D;
* gallium i915 and ilo (here renamed to i965) drivers are the default for intel users;
* debug support for debugging with Wine (install libgl1-mesa-dri-dbg package);
* classic (non-gallium) drivers i915, i965, nouveau, radeon, r200 and swrast are NOT included.
