kubuntu-automation (2.6~beta2~ubuntu22.04~ppa3) jammy; urgency=high

  * Initial code to start supporting repacked tarballs in later versions:
    - add KACopyright class
    - add new methods in KAWatchFile:
      - tarball_repacked()
      - repack_suffix()
      - use these new methods in KAWatchFile itself and KASrcPkg
  * Add support for non *.tar.xz orig tarballs
  * Support upstream tarball signatures for packages with pgpmode=auto in the
    debian/watch file
  * Don't crash if we can't create the orig tarball symlink
  * Update debhelper compatibility level to 11 for real:
    - edit debian/compat
    - build manpages explicitly in debian/rules
