bitshares is a community developed, pre-release project. By testing, you're helping in the development of this technology. Be aware there are risks with using pre-released projects, as bitshare network protocols and system may change frequently. This is an active community experiment and research/development effort. BitShares is a tool, and this tool must be used responsibly. If you use this for financial purposes (e.g., issuing and maintaining your own user-issued-assets UIAs), be aware of the regulations in your jurisdiction and use the appropriate features for account qualification (e.g., whitelisting). Several forums are available to discuss development with the community including r/BitShares on reddit, bitsharestalk.org on the web.
