atx builds

PPA description

This ppa contains various packages for building stacker [1]
or some of its friends.

History:
 - 2022-06-16: Add libsquashfs1 for 20.04 backported from 22.04
 - lvm2 - had a static build of libdevicemapper.a, but that
   is not necessary if you build with build flag
   exclude_graphdriver_devicemapper.
