Packages with transmission's proxy options and functionality restored
PPA description
Unfortunately transmissions developers decided to, and then removed all support for local proxy configuration without notifying anyone or having public discussion before the removal, assuming that nobody used it, they are decidedly not nice regarding discussions or requests for having the configuration or support return. To make things worse, they were really not inviting public comment on something they decided internally in the overtures they offered in the form of trac tickets, and I'm not confident that any level of user feedback will be acknowledged as people "using" the feature, and won't result in them actually re-adding the feature. After all, now that 2.13 is getting around, they can say there are no users. ;] So these builds include a small patch that reverts the removal of the options and internal support for them.
