PPA description
QEMU with VIRGL/OpenGL support enabled, compiled for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (bionic)
== virt-manager ==
Connection:
- QEMU connection in _user session mode_ (qemu:///session) - so do not use the default Hypervisor: QEMU/KVM selection (qemu://system) when creating a connection
- Please mind that then the VM is executed as your user instead of being executed as the unprivileged qemu user
- You may want to move the image from /var/lib/... to your home directory to be imported
In virt-manager's VM settings:
- Display: Spice, Listen type None, OpenGL checked
- Video: virtio, 3D acceleration enabled
