Note that to emulate a CoCo3 system you will also need the ROM images (coco3.rom BASIC ROM, various other DOS ROMs if wanted) and they are not provided here.
Currently ovcc will not generate a working Vcc.ini from scratch, so you need to edit/copy a working one. The ovcc package ships a Vcc.ini in /usr/share/
