python2.6 (2.6.4-0ubuntu4~cross1) karmic; urgency=low

  * Various patches to cause configure and setup.py to support
    cross-compiling.
  * Build python and Parser/pgen for the build architecture when
    cross-compiling, and use them for the rest of the build process.
  * Disable mincheck, pystone, and pybench when cross-compiling.
  * Remove overkill build-conflicts on libgdbm-dev.
  * Don't build the -dbg package when cross-compiling.  This could probably
    be made to work by building yet another version of python for the
    purpose, but that seems like a lot of work for little gain.
