Akonadi Google was a project that aims to provide Akonadi resources for accessing Google services like calendar, contacts or tasks from KDE PIM. The akonadi resources have now been merged in kdepim (in KDE 4.9+). This is the supporting library. The official project website is https://projects.kde.org/projects/extragear/libs/libkgapi
