Autoconflate is a GNU-style configure system for releasing programs that use the Distribute release management system. It provides a simple convenience for users who wish to install Distribute-built software via a more traditional interface.
More information is available in the README and TODO files in the branch tree root, and in the FAQ section here.
The unofficial IRC channel for Autoconflate development is #bostonpython on Freenode, where I (S11001001) may often be found. Otherwise, you may like to ask questions in Answers, or even report Bugs.
