BeatBox 0.4 "Bilar"

This release includes many changes. Of the biggest changes include my new FastList and FastGrid widgets. With these new widgets, the list view and grid view search is almost instaneous (The largest test I did included 1,000,000 items which took 2 seconds to search at most). The miller column was removed in favor of search suggester which suggests songs, artists, and albums as you search (similar to spotify). Lastly there were many mutex implementations to stop random crashes.

Although the noise developers have copied my work up to the fast list and smart album column, you can be sure that the other improvements are unique to BeatBox for at least a little while :).

Automatically fetch album art for songs with no art as background service.
Better handling of files, including when a file is not found. Importing same file twice is no longer allowed.
A new search suggester to replace the clunky and large miller columns.
Added buffer progress information to top display.
New smart album Renderer that shows album art in list view.
