OpenMoneyBox v3.2.1.1 released

Written for OpenMoneyBox by igi on 2018-06-21

New features:
  - Contact data (id, contact picture) from mobile phone;
  - Store operation locations from mobile phone and show them in map.

The used library for map and locations in Android is osmdroid (OpenStreetMap data).
The used library for map and locations in Linux is libosmgpsmap (OpenStreetMap data); available on Debian, Ubuntu and OpenSuse.

Works in:
  - Linux (built on Ubuntu, tested also on Debian Stretch, OpenSuse Leap 15.0 and Fedora 28);
  - Android (bulit and tested on API24-Nougat);
  - Windows (built on Windows, tested on Windows10).
