Precise and Trusty - last update [v3.4.1.4]

Written for OpenMoneyBox by igi on 2020-08-21

v3.4.1.4 will be the last official update release for Ubuntu Precise LTS (12.04) and Trusty LTS (14.04) debian packages.

This is following to the hardening checks recentrly introduced by the F-Droid build system for the Android version (https://f-droid.org). Due to this, the wxSQLite library had to be removed from source.
