Through the use of DMcrypt/Luks on a Debian/Ubuntu system, /boot is not encrypted.
"Integrity verification files boot" is a simple script wich verifiy integrity of files in /boot (vmlinuz, initrd and System Map) comparing to a local reference and showing results.
