BrGuard provides a security and management tool for Debian-like operational systems.
The BrGuard will be written using Python and GTK.
The idea is develop a tool with the following features:
▶ Management of System Startup Services (version 0.0.2);
▶ Management of User Startup Applications (version 0.0.4);
▶ A Graphical User Interface for Iptables (version 0.0.6);
▶ A Graphical User Interface for Clamav (version 0.0.8).
The first release of BrGuard is planned in June 2010.
