Juju charm to deploy and bootstrap a juju env with lxd
This charm will deploy, configure and bootstrap lxd and juju for use with a local provider. A primary usecase for this is test setups where you need to operate on a juju env.
The local (lxd) provider is configured with dir storage and ipv4 net in auto mode.
