CLIBASIC is a BASIC interpreter for the command-line.

The project is maintained on Github at https://github.com/PQCraft/clibasic. Contributions are welcome as long as it uses built-in libc functions or a library that is available on GNU/Linux, MacOS X, and Windows, does not rely on an external binary, and behaves similarly (preferably the same) on GNU/Linux, MacOS X, and Windows.
