An Asterisk Click2Dial Firefox Extension

Highlight a number, right click to call and Click2Call

Since 1.4.0, you can configure it to connect through the AMI socket, it maintains a permanent connection with the PABX to fetch events which are displayed in a popup.
In the popup you can see the callerid / call duration, transfer, hangup a call.
