The Impilo Bioinformatics Training Distro Project aims to create an Ubuntu-based distribution for bioinformatics with associated documentation for training purposes.
The aims of Impilo Ubuntu are:
- Providing the widest range of bioinformatics applications in as many topics as possible;
- Assisting the users with a wiki-based, bilingual (french/english) documentary resource.
A bug is either a) a bug in the OS backbone of Impilo; b) a bug in one of the bioinformatics components of Impilo; c) a problem in the documentation.
