Bazaar (and Breezy in future) actions for non-technical users

A set of nemo_actions, primarily for Linux Mint and Windows actions giving right-click access to the more common bzr / brz (Bazaar /Breezy) actions for use by *non-technical staff*. It assumes that:-

 * There is a single central repository or a set of repositories
 * They are accessed via bzr+ssh or via the authorized_keys file

Note that at the moment, qbrz (for Breezy) has not been converted, so the project uses qbzr.

The actions are bash scripts.

Requirements:
 * "bzr qcheckout-ala-explorer" is used (so bzr-explorer is required as it supplies it).
 * qbzr
 * sshpass is also used.
 * zenity (usually already installed)
