(The Falcon Programming Language License is based on Apache 2.0 license, and offers special guarantees for the scripts and the pre-compiled bytecode modules to be licensed as the writer prefers. Also, it frees extensions based on Falcon, and clearly states embedder's rights to license under their own term any code using Falcon, its script or its module. The only requirements are that 1) the fact that the applications are based on or make use of Falcon is stated with a prominent notice and 2) derivative works of Falcon (i.e. compiler improvements) are released under FPLL.
