* Added hash_root2(), hash_leaf2() functions with implementation of proposed protocol change (not yet it use)

* Added new protocol2.rst section in docs describing proposed protocol, to help facilitate discussion:

* Added FileStore.random_tmp_path() that returns a random file name in .dmedia/tmp/, but does not create the file yet
