Release notes
- Added support for juju 3.1
- Fixed a bug that caused juju-lint to issue an error if the hw-health charm is not deployed on VMs as well as physical machines on the canonical-rules ruleset.
- Fixed a bug that caused juju-lint to issue an error if the landscape-server is not listed in SAAS section. The landscape-server and client are configured through charm configuration rather than relations. Thus, made landscape-server optional.
- Replaced canonical-livepatch with ubuntu-advantage charm in all rulesets. Also changed the rulesets to ensure ubuntu-advantage is deployed on all machines.
