Kepas is a zeroconf KDE4 filetransfer tool.
 It discovers your local LAN for buddies (KDNSSD) and
 Kopete ICQ contacts and lets you transfer files or
 Klipper entries from a trayicon or via drag'n drop
 with the Kepas plasmoid.
