LACrIMoSA is a graphical application that can be used to collect text from the Web, analyze the morphology of languages and search the collected corpora for "snippets" of text containing particular words. It is targeted mainly at people who study particular languages and want to explore their morpholoy or the usage of particular words in context. It helps them with focussing the exploration of the Web on the language(s) of interest and provides an information retrieval facility that takes word forms into account, without being hard-geared towards any particular set of languages.
