"math" is a Bash/Sh (POSIX compatible) script to simplify the usage of bc - An arbitrary precision calculator language. It uses installs to a user defined directory and creates symlinks to bc functions for ease of use.
If you are good with shell scripting and want to contribute, then you are welcome to do so. As you'd expect, the script is released under the GPLv2 so have at it.
The primary architect of the script is intelikey, the install part was re-written by stdin (binaryk2k on launchpad).
