MepSQL is a variant (or "fork", as some call it) of the popular MySQL database. It is initially based on the well known "facebook patch" MySQL code, with added user friendly installation packages and documentation. Going forward we will also incorporate other "community patches" from other authors, focusing on web scale performance and other community developed features, utilities and documentation.
