MountFile does "exactly what it says on the tin", it mounts files.
MountFile is probably most useful for mounting ISO disk images, but it can be used to mount any type of image (ISO, UDF, VFAT, ext3, etc...)
It's all written in bash but it uses the KDE GUI to send/receive information to/from the user. So you don't have to open a terminal to run the script.
