Basically you will find all the used branches of OpenERP with bugs that affected us merged into it and also all add ons that we use or coded for our installation as well as install scripts and tools. You could use this as a sort of kickstarter and best pick to start with OpenERP on an Ubuntu 12.0.4 linux machine with some really nice add ons. If you only want to get some extra bug fixed you should use the OCB community edition of OpenERP instead!
