For Odoo v8, you should get the branch for Github. For v6.1 and v7, the code is still here on Launchpad.
This project provides small modules that add a "Viewer" level to the main applications of Odoo : Sale, Purchase, Stock, Manufacturing, Invoicing. This "Viewer" level gives read-only access to the application ; for read-write access, you should use the native levels "User" or "Manager" of Odoo.
