Evergreen Overdrive API Integration

Integration between the Evergreen ILS and APIs provided by OverDrive.

Evergreen (http://evergreen-ils.org) is an open source integrated library system. OverDrive (https://www.overdrive.com/) is a vendor of ebooks, audiobooks, and other electronic resources to libraries. OverDrive offers a number of APIs (https://developer.overdrive.com/) to allow third-party applications to integrate their collections and functionality. This project adds a Javascript layer on top of Evergreen's patron-facing UI to make use of these APIs.
