PyDSTool is an integrated simulation, modeling and analysis package for dynamical systems, written in Python. It is being developed mostly at Georgia State University, and the source code is available under the terms of the BSD license. As a research project, and being a Wiki, the software and these pages are still in development and subject to sudden changes.
