Scheduling equipment (boats, oars) for a regatta can be a tedious, time-consuming project, when done manually. This software applies AI techniques to do it easily and quickly. Enter a list of boats, crews and races, the code will find all possible equipment combinations

Scheduling equipment for a regatta is a tedious task. The goal here is to automate this task: let the computer do it.

Currently, this software is still 'experimental': it works but its incomplete, and its hard to install. Its somewhat hard to use: equipment must be entered by hand, into a text file.

Long-term plans are to provide a web interface, and possibly interface with race and crew information on regattacentral.com. However, work on the web interfaces has not yet begun. If you are a web programmer and are interested, please write!
