Scheme Mode for Emacs

New Emacs major modes for editing Scheme source-code files and for editing input/output to/from inferior Scheme REPL processes. R6RS lexical syntax is supported, so syntax highlighting and motion commands work correctly for it. The modes are also more customizable than the old Scheme modes that come with Emacs.
