"Scheduled ping" sends pings without waiting for the ICMP packages to return before sending the next scheduled ping. It can send pings as rapidly as 1 ms apart. It keeps track of the ping statistics and prints the round trip time histogram . Software is implemented in Cython/Python as a multi-threaded application . GUI to be added soon.

This project started from the code donated by Amperion Inc. Original code was developed for the protective relay simulation in Smart Electrical Grid applications. Please contact alexwolfson@aplusmurals.com if you want to get involved with development
