SeSAm (Shell for Simulated Agent Systems) itself is an agent-based simulation environment for modelling and experimenting. We are specially focused on providing a tool for easy construction of complex models, which include dynamic interdependency or emergent behavior.

Modelers can add features from the library into their models by importing models from the library.

Each feature is saved in a separate model file that contains the related user features and tests.

Launchpad supports the bazaar version control system (http://bazaar-vcs.org).

You can either download particular model revisions through the bazaar web interface:

Or use your favorite (graphical if you wish) bazaar frontend (http://wiki.bazaar.canonical.com/3rdPartyTools#GUI%20Front-ends) to branch (pull/download) the sesam-featurelib project's trunk to your local machine (https://help.launchpad.net/Code/FindingAndDownloading). This way you can work, change and add models in your local branch in a version controlled manner that allows easy updating and backtracking. If you made improvements to a model worth adding to the trunk, have bazaar send a merge directive patch (http://doc.bazaar.canonical.com/bzr.dev/en/user-guide/sending_changes.html), or you publish/push your branch yourself (https://help.launchpad.net/Code/UploadingABranch) and propose your changes to be merged into the sesam-featurelib development branch (https://help.launchpad.net/BranchMergeProposals). For direct write access to the sesam-featurelib trunk branch (development focus) you need to join the "SeSAm trunk uploaders" team.
