This project consists of a central web server and distributed screenshot factories. Everybody can submit URLs to the central server, they are kept in a job queue. The factories are desktop PCs with residential broadband internet. They run a fully automatic script to get URLs from the queue, make screenshots in whatever browser they have installed and upload the results to the central server where they can be checked for cross-browser incompatibilities.
