A Connection Manager for Skype, so that Google Talk isn't the only protocol we have voice chat support for.

Spyke is currently unmaintained. If you want to be able to use skype with a better chat UI, try out the libpurple plugin at http://eion.robbmob.com/ in pidgin. If that works fine, install telepathy-haze and see if skype is picked up as a protocol that way.
