This project is composed of a library is used to render flash animations, a plugin for mozilla based browsers, a nautilus thumbnailer for swf files (soon to be packaged) and a gtk+ flash player (soon to be packaged too)
Swfdec is a library for rendering Adobe/Macromedia Flash® animations and games. It was originally designed as a basis library for creating Flash plugins for GStreamer, but it is a fully standalone library which only use the cairo library for drawing. Swfdec is released under the LGPL.
