txJSON-RPC Bug-fix release

txJSON-RPC 0.3 has been released. This includes a community-contributed bug fix and a response to a feature request for the Netstring-based JSON-RPC client.

Stay tuned, though, because 0.4 is close on the heels of 0.3, and 0.4 will have support for v2.0 of the JSON-RPC protocol!
