Ubuntu support messenger is a web-app that is designed to ease users in getting support on IRC, by acting as a proxy between them and a IRC Member, this allows the user to interact with an interface they are familar with and allows developers to stick to what they're used to - IRC. It will also query the user for information such as Problem, Hardware, Version etc. before the request is open to ease a member in supporting them.
