  * New upstream release.
  * Drop ipv6-bugs.patch and private-glibc-functions.patch; incorporated
    upstream.
  * Hide additional internal symbols from the dynamic table.
  * Build and include the Perl XS module.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.4.
