  * debian/control: add ${misc:Depends} to binary packages entries
  * Add debian/source/format
  * debian/rules: Add build-arch/build-indep 
  * Bumped Standards-Version to 3.9.3, no change.
  * debian/copyrigh: Include the license instead of referencing
    /usr/share/common-licenses/BSD
  * Add dummy debian/watch
  * post/pre*. Use 'set -e' instead of '-e' in the shebang.
  * Add hardening flags
  * debian/rules: make use of dh_installlogcheck. (Closes: #545025)
  * debian/control: add xinetd as an alternative to openbsd-inetd
    (Closes: #618811)
