pimd: multicast routing daemon (PIMv2)

 pimd is implementation of Protocol Independent Multicast routing daemon.
 It supports PIMv2-SM/SSM on FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, Linux. Enabled PIM
 support in kernel is needed.
