Waver release-0.0.1
This is the first (beta test) release
Goal:
Allow Linux users to install Waver from binary .deb package through a personal PPA
Steps:
1. Create a branch for release 0.0.1
---2. Bump version number in trunk---
3. Create packaging recipe
4. Create the PPA, request build
5. Test the installation on a clean 17.04 virtual machine
NOTE: this was planned to 2017-02-25, but now is postponed till 2017-05-31. Reason: while Waver can be compiled with Qt 5.5, some Quick2 features used by Waver are only available in Qt 5.7 and up. Therefore this release must wait for Ubuntu 17.04 Zesty in which Qt 5.7 becomes part of the official packages.
UPDATE 2017-04-30:
#2 is now retracted. This belongs to trunk.
