The Sales Portal is part of the Web Business Suite (WBS). It is a Web Conversation, Community Building, New Account Sales, and Customer Relationship Management system. Web Business Suite and Sales Portal works best for entrepreneurial and midrange customers with multiple channels either in support of Web Based Conversations and Orders or for serious outbound sales. Sales Portal can accept prospects through CSV upload or through an automated interface. The automated interfaces work via the Data Migration Portal (DMP is part of the WBS). Also with use DMP for Round Trip Email functions in Sales Portal, Request Responder, or Auto Email Responder aimed at giving you an advantage over your competition.
