Release notes 

This is a bug fix release mainly aimed at people that are having trouble installing Xibo. If you already have a working version of Xibo 1.0.0 there is no need for you to upgrade to this latest release.

If you are installing Xibo on a Microsoft IIS server, please see the following bug report to download a modified version of xmds.php. You should replace the version in the distribution zip file with this version. https://bugs.launchpad.net/xibo/+bug/373626
